How to Order
We provide both online ordering and ordering by phone, fax, and mail. To order by phone, fax, or mail, please print and fill out this printable order form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our shopping cart and secure check out services are powered by QC Cart.
Ordering Terms and Conditions
All in stock items ship within 1-10 working days of order depending on stock availablility and order load (excluding weekends). We typically use UPS and occassionally the US Post Office. All items go out insured against damages for the content. This is for typical catalog items. Larger items go Motor Freight. Shipping and handling cost represents the cost of shipping, boxes and tubes (sometimes crating of large items), tape, packing materials, and credit card fees.
Special order parts (special order parts are defined as parts dyed or painted to your interior color, any upholstery, any headliners, refurbished parts, instrumentation, speedo work, new padded dashes, etc...) usually ship in 3-4 weeks to ship after receipt of order.
Body panels are shipped Motor Freight only to prevent damage due to their size.
Some large items will only go OVERSIZE - call for shipping cost
Payment methods are Certified Check, Money Order, and Debit or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express), business checks, and COD. No personal checks.

North Carolina residents add 7.75% sales tax. To be exempt from NC sales tax, you must live out of state or you must be a wholesale account. To be a wholesale account a minimum of $12,000 per year sales volume must be met in order to keep wholesale account level and a tax exempt certificate on file.
All sales are FINAL. There are no warranties on any items in this catalog unless otherwise stated. Please inquire for specfic warranty coverage for the specific part you are interested in purchasing.
NO GUARANTEE on body panels and dyed or painted parts. All cars are different so body panel fitment is not guaranteed. We have no control over how these type of parts will be used and many times the parts are not being used as they were intended. There are no performance expectation for these type of parts.
Damaged packages from UPS, UPS Freight, and USPS must be reported to us within 24 hrs. Please call 704-975-7027. Damaged packages from motor freight carriers must be done at the time of delivery and noted on the bill of lading and/or refused if damaged. Once you sign for motor freighted items without noting damage and take possesion of it, you release your right to file a claim. The item is yours at that point. Please call us immediately if your package is damaged 704-975-7027.

ALL CANCELLED ORDERS MUST BE DONE BY PHONE OR FAX. Emails or voice mails are not acceptable because they are to easily lost. Please call 704-975-7027 or fax 704-888-6581 to cancel an order. There is a $50 fee for cancelled orders or refused shipment orders. This fee is to cover the cost of credit card fees and time to handle paper work and phone calls.
There is a $50 fee for all returned checks or credit card charge backs.

A word about our company. We are a small family company that started around 1995. We treat our customers as we expect to be treated and how we feel that our Lord would expect us to treat you. They really can't help you unless you have a part number out of their catalog. We have the experience of having dismantled over 150 A and G body cars and restored around two dozen of them from various years. We hope our expertise will help you restore your car so that you will take pride in your ride. We do a lot of custom work and manufacturing. These types of services take time. We are not as fast as your large corporate companies who only pump out volume from preset catalog items or some smaller companies who only have a limited inventory to ship from and don't do any manufacturing. Just because you don't get a part when you expect it does not mean that we forgot about you or did not treat you fairly. Some items just take time. Please inquire ahead of time of how long it will be to get your part before you order. Quality parts and patience to do the car right is what turns average restorations into super show stopping head turning automobiles.
